    Wednesday's brick... Had a bit of a wild weekend away so suffering a bit, but good to blow off the cobwebs. Ride... 1:30:23 - 31.68 miles - 679 ft - Zwift Watopia Volcano Flat (TT) Run... 36:57 - 4.00 miles treadmill.

    Tuesday... Turned up the power on the bike again and burned out before 90 minutes... Ride... 1:19:55 - 23.5 miles - 1483 ft - Zwift Watopia Hilly Run... 31:00 - 3.39 miles treadmill.

    For those of you who use treadmills and own an ipad thing you can, apparently, get Zwift running beta... http://zwiftblog.com/zwift-running-easter-egg/#comment-7823 I use Zwift for cycling indoors and it's a really great platform for that, no idea what the running is like as i don't own an ipad.

    Mileage Reporting Week 2 (Jan 9 - Jan 15)

    Monday... Upped power on bike and upped treadmill by 0.1 mph... 1:30:25 21.22 Miles 2452 feet on Zwift 'Pretzel' course. 28:02 2.73 miles treadmill. I finally got back on the yoga mat yesterday evening after the holidays (should have done it much sooner) so really feeling it this morning...

    Mileage Reporting Week 1 (Jan 2 - Jan 8)

    Tuesday... 90 minutes... 21.03 mile ride (2444 ft climbed) on The Pretzel on Zwift, followed by 38 minutes, 4.07 mile run on treadmill. I increased my average cycling power by 5 watts and it went quite well, and so i tried upping the treadmill speed by .2 mph and at 27 minutes the suffering...

    Mileage Reporting Week 52 (Dec 26 - Jan 01)

    So only one run last week due to going away, but got back and straight into it. Monday, 28.42 miles ride on Zwift and then 5.8 miles on the treadmill at 5.6 mph. All really good. Now i'm going to spend the next couple of months working on increasing speed but keeping the same 90 minutes...

    Hi It's great to find this website. :D I've been living barefoot for over 12 years but didn't start doing any running until May 2014. I started running on the beach and my best run has been 11.5 miles. Then i switched to running on the tarmac promenade and so far i'm up to 13.17 miles. But...
