So only one run last week due to going away, but got back and straight into it. Monday, 28.42 miles ride on Zwift and then 5.8 miles on the treadmill at 5.6 mph. All really good. Now i'm going to spend the next couple of months working on increasing speed but keeping the same 90 minutes turbo/zwift ride and one hour on treadmill with 5 min walk down. Fun fun fun!
