- What is the best skin care product for the soles of the feet to recover faster between runs? Blisters are few and far between now, butmy feet still get sore. I read that coconut oil is good. Is it? Is there something better?
- I carry apair of cheap aqua socks to put onwhere the roads havea lot ofgravel. Is that the best way to improve, or should Ifocus more ontechnique and run lightly without these minimalist shoes?
