Mileage Reporting 6th Week of 2013

quick gym workout, ~35min, running late on monday morning, 20 min elliptical, some abs ball exercises, and a few pushups.
quick swim ~30 min, but that is going well. A bit tired in the upper body from yesterdays swim, but I still felt loose in the water today, and smoother all the time.
I can now do one full lap with only about a 10 second break at the wall before turnaround just to gather up my attitude.
