4hrs 4 minutes, had a great run, not bare foot or vibrams , i ran the maritime race weekend full, Eastern passage , nova scotia. I cannot run barefoot beyond 20-25 k at the present time, training is an ongoing thing with the rough roads around here. I ran in mz10 shoes and had a great first marathon. Next week is my first 50k run, after which ill scale back to 15k vff runs and plyometrics. New goal for the winter, 10k 42 mins
