      Dude! Enjoyed running in your neck of the woods the other day. It was cool running into fellow BRS members out at the Zion 100. Thanks for the awesome aid station at Grafton. Our runner finished in 27:26. You guys rocked! Thanks for all you did! Hope to be back again next year!

      Hope your training is going well for Carlsbad!

      And I also hope we'll be able to meet. Maybe pre- or post-race? The likelihood of our seeing one another at the actual race site is slim, considering the size of the field. If you're staying in the area and want access to a gym facility (alas, barefoot not allowed, but still), I am happy to get you in as a guest at the YMCA here.

      I saw your post about your 1/2 marathon. Nice work brother, I am headed down your way to lost wages to run the Ragnar race. The mileage is a bit of a stretch for my training but I can always walk. Hope all is well with you and your fam. How is your son at Utah State ?
      My daughter is doing great with some new learning experiences.

        I did it all 19.5 miles on the Ragnar Las Vegas. All 100 pct bare foot. whoahh... snow, ice, 50 mph gusts, crazy drivers. ;)
