Hello Bob!
I am new to bare foot running, and have tried it a few times in the snow. I found my feet got real cold, real fast! It was about -10C outside. Is it too late to keep trying? Was thinking of just trying to run around the yard, I live on 4 acres. Any suggestions? I have had frostbite on my hands and toes in the past, but it wasn't severe enough to lose anything. Thanks for your time!!
