Hey Joseph, do you still live in ratingen? I've started BFR and could join you for a short one. I'm sure I have s lot to learn. I live in Düsseldorf. Work in Duisburg's. Best, Salva

I'm running pretty well. Not at my peak, but happy and healthy. I have a 10K and a half Marathon over the next 3 weeks. Hi Ho!

I'm not entirely confident in my ability to run 10 miles in a race on the 6th of April. We'll see...

Feet were fine with it but my left Achilles was glad for the brevity of the effort.

I started running in May, 2010, BF from the first steps. I've since gotten the hang of running in VFF Bikilas if conditions warrant for weather, terrain, or for a race.
Flash!: I just got myself a pair of VFF Spyridons for rougher terrain and icy conditions. After about 20 miles I'm pretty happy with them, especially in snow. They are about as heavy as I hope to ever need on my feet and they make me long for warmer drier weather to get my skin back on the ground. 2/25/2015
My usual stomping grounds are the trails around Valley Forge National Historical Park or over near Princeton, NJ where I work.
I enjoy a race now and then, especially trail races. I do run a road race occasionally, and have put a few on my schedule for 2014 soon.
    I have 3 kids: 8, 12 & 14, or might near. (G, G, B)
I like to fish a bit (striper & shad) when I'm not running or distracted by work and family stuff.
I take care of trees for a living when I'm not distracted by running, family or fishing.
    What does "Poly" mean anyway?

    Signature

No painting toenails in the winter. My feet go all red, white and blue by themselves!
