Been to the gym twice today. First time I did back exercises, chins and dips, and second time I did chest and abs.
Didn't do my normal morning walk (resting my foot).
Nice 5 mile run at 5:00 am., 77 deg., 39% rh... Saw a few rabbits.
Today I went on a old 4 mile path but did a free for all deciding along the way morphing it into a 5 mile.
Go out and have a fun run!
