Mileage Report April Week 1

OK - Put in 15 miles last week. 3 on Tue; 3 Thu; 3 Fri.; 6 on Sunday. Biggest problem this year is getting lots of splinters. No blisters, no frostbite, nothing exciting. But these stupid splinters. Spousal unit refuses to go anywhere near my feet, so guess I'm on my own with this one.



Barefoot running - never as easy as I think it'll be. Who are these people running marathons after a few months?!?



April goals: 20 mile week (week 3). 8 mile run (week 4). 24 minute 5K.

Dude, I ask myself this question all the time. LOL

"Spousal Unit" I say that too, lol. If the splinters are "small enough" you can use super sticky duct tape or mailing tape to pull them out with.
