Okay - last week (July 5-11), Iran 13 miles. Sessions were 3,4,3 and 3 miles. I missed a 5-mile long run with a cold. No blisters or pain. Good week in general, wish my mileage was up into the high teens at least. This week I'm looking at 12 miles plus whatever Ido tomorrow. Wish it was more, but Imissed a day again with work commitments. Will not progress without more consistency. Even 2 miles on my off days would make that 20 mile goal.
