    pez anserine bursitis?

    I've had mild but persistent pain on my right inner knee, and "tight bands" going up the leg for 4 months. A chiropractor friend of mine said it was probably pez anserine bursitis. I've haven't been running, but 4 months. Argh. any advice on treatment? Thanks

    mortons neuroma?

    I've developed a sharp pain in my 4th toe joint, and surrounding area. Morton's neuroma fits the description. I'm thinking it came from my vff's I stopped wearing them awhile ago because they were hurting my forefoot by that toe. Any opinions advice out there?

    how do you like your how do you like your invisable shoes? Does running in socks wear them out? I'm just starting out and appreciate the posts - lots of good stuff - relax feet, makes so much sense - I'm a musician and the only way to play well is to be relaxed - hands are strong yet soft...

    very encouraging - my goal is very encouraging - my goal is to be bfr by end of summer - starting slow and building. It's hard to belief the trail running barefoot is possible, but I know this, if I don't try it won't happen - so I might as well give it a go. thanks

    I've looked up exercises for I've looked up exercises for the vastus medialis as well as for the quads, hams, and inner abductors. I'll start on Monday. Thanks for for the tip.

    Thank you all, for the feed Thank you all, for the feed back. When I switched to the vff I started slow, sore calves and ankles, now I can run a couple hours in them and be fine. But I'm thinking it's not quite right....but I'm still not sure about bf. Here's me whining, the ground hurts...
