Wow, talk about great back-of-t-shirt slogans! I may have to order one next time I think of it. I will start 'like'-ing all of Ramzev's posts, even the ones that aren't funny, if they exist.

As a new runner, this is why I chose barefoot running. It just feels good. (Except running downhill on roads. Haven't figured that one out yet.
