We are talking cross-purposes, running is my main motivation to go barefoot. I wouldn't have much of an issue walking barefoot in public spaces, just don't see the point. I'm not a caveman and live in a modern society. I like to meet people half way so i don't isolate myself in the community.
I have no desire to stand out, stand apart or be gangsta as you put it. I like to be approachable so i can easily share my life an experiences with others.
what being a caveman and going barefoot have in common? i mean it aint cool to call ppl who go barefoot as similar as cavemans,
new zealand are cavemans?
why would go barefoot isolate you?
yep behave as u should behave to be accepted by society and its traditions right? as copy cat, isnt the same as to a woman wear a burka to be adapted in an arab country? (in a extreme version)
i respect it, most people are like this, products of tradition
but tradition changes constinously, and people tend to do things that were previously rejected by "modern society"
if you'd be borned in new zealand you would very probably walk barefoot and you wouldnt consider it as caveman and dont live in a modern society (new zealand is modern society)
the point is to have healthy strong and beautiful feet, and avoid having weak feet & deformed which is caused by shoes isnt it? also its very comfortable and may have even others benefits (as electricity discharge or something like that, there are even machines that companies sell reproducing that (http://www.earthing.com/Shop_s/1824.htm))
i go barefoot in streets and i easily share my life and experiences with some ppl, the ones who are similar to me and im interested in
also you why dont you feel like a caveman and dont forget to live in a modern society when u run barefoot?
