Weight of barefoot runners?

It's a baby croc in someones pond up in Darwin. It's jaws were well tied before I picked it up, I'm no Crocodile Hunter!

I'm 5'11'' 225lbs and I've gotten much faster running in VFFs hit new PRs in all distances since the switch and I'm still the same weight as when I ran before in traditional shoes. Thank you Mcdonalds !

Weight absolutely matters. The heavier the runner, the great the importance of running with good form - lightly, not heel-striking.

5'10" > 155 lbs, was 215 lbs a year or so ago. Lost weight mainly by being a good boy, not eating junk or drinking yards of ale.
