Al Roker ran the marathon in 7 hours?! I couldn't image running that long nor would I want to, I think the mental challange of being on the course that long is more crueling than the physical part.

True about a 7 hour marathon, but I know people who've done 5 hour marathons and had bad days and had 7 hour marathons. It isd not always reflective of training.
