Boy does it feel good to be back in action! Phil Maffetone would be proud. Based on my aerobic pace, my 5k race pace was exactly what his chart predicted. I ran negative splits and had a great final kick. Running this way, I felt good enough to go for a jog within an hour of finishing! Now on to my next adventure!!!!!!!!
