    Started walking and jogging around the neighborhood barefoot on Labor Day 2014. It hasn't been easy since I didn't like either activity. Then I began jogging a bit on vacation to Spain. Hobbling and pain but I powered through it. Three months later, it started to be be more fun. Three and a half years later, I can't imagine life without barefoot running!
