I must admit I don't enjoy it much when the temp is below 10C and the ground it wet as well. That numbness that creeps in makes it hard to feel the ground. I don't have that problem now as it is mid summer and raging hot so my problem is flipped. At least I can run when the sun is down either early morning which is the preferred time or around sunset. The ground can still be pretty hot after a 40C day so morning is best.
I woke up today at around 7.30am and already it was 29C outside gasp...
