Ok Boulder and I ran 3 miles Wednesday it was 36° and no wind.
Today we went 3 miles at 5:00 am, it was 45°with no wind and clear skies. The moon was large and prominent. At mile 2.75 I spotted a huge shooting star (very nice).

7.5km on a cold Sunday morning for me this week. It's very wet here at the moment, which makes the ground temperature feel even cooler. We're still just above freezing though, so perfectly do-able.
Took a nice steady pace throughout and met a few other runners on route (usual 'hello's, etc...).
Legs & feet all feeling pretty good...(and just a little muddy too...):)

I must admit I don't enjoy it much when the temp is below 10C and the ground it wet as well. That numbness that creeps in makes it hard to feel the ground. I don't have that problem now as it is mid summer and raging hot so my problem is flipped. At least I can run when the sun is down either early morning which is the preferred time or around sunset. The ground can still be pretty hot after a 40C day so morning is best.
I woke up today at around 7.30am and already it was 29C outside gasp...
