saturday night: good 1hr plus some 15-20 min swim. daughter helped with butterfly for a few minutes. She's becomign such a patient coach.
that plus the 8miler that morning gave me a good sleep at night. Wish I had time enough for that exercise every day. I would be saner, I swear.
