When I run I am still thinking my feet and the peoples feet around me. That is like double dipping

I agree with PB, my feet are

I agree with PB, my feet are first and foremost on my mind as I run, but other runners feet slip in with how they are hitting the ground with either heel strike or mid strike. Just can not stop evaluating everybody else and how they are running.
