Today I found out that running in falling snow has its risks.
#1 is that snow that's melting as it falls is colder than snow sitting on the ground. Also, it doesn't have any grit covering benefits.
#2 is that when one runs into heavy snowfall one is both banged in the eyeballs by the flakes and gagged when they go down the throat just wrong.
Aside from that stuff, it was a lovely run!
