Introducing a nice 4-mile downhill section of my favorite trail I run on regularly.
Also playing with gadgets. GoPro for visuals + Garmin GPS for tracking.
All in beautiful fall colors at a pace 30 secs/mile.

    Enjoy !

I have been running on this trail during my lunch breaks for the past 3 years, two three times a week. I know it backwards and forwards now :wacky:

Good stuff! I would love to run on trails, all concrete for me where I live, unfortunately.

Lovely! How did you manage the multiple shirt changes?

I hide different shirts in bushes along the route in advance and then when running change them as needed :D

Another question: Are there any rocks in the trails there? It looked like it was all cushy packed dirt, but that might be just an artifact of the film process.

There are some not-all-that-cushy sections where the park crew spreads some big sharp gravel on the trail.
