No wholefood vegan is deficient in vitamin A. Population studies have consistently shown that diets that contain no cooked-carrion as having the highest vitamin A. Americans - who are amongst the highest cooked-carrion feeders in the world have vitamin A noted as a nutrient of concern within the cooked-carrion feeding community. Once again, i point out, wholefood vegans do not have vitamin A deficiencies.
Microbiome...
Wholefood vegans have the healthiest microbiomes and the healthiest bowels. In all population studies we suffer the least from all bowel health issues. Nuff said!

As stated, the jury is completely out on all views on K2, however, let's look at each health benefit proclaimed...
Bone strength... wholefood vegans have no issues with bone strength, dairy feeders have the highest rates of osteoporosis and hip fractures.
Arterial health... wholefood vegans have the healthiest arteries, cooked-carrion, dairy and egg feeders have the worst.
Blood pressure... wholefood vegans have the healthiest blood pressures, cooked-carrion, dairy, egg and junk feeders have the worse.
So all in all what exactly is a wholefood vegan missing by not getting K2 from dead stuff?
Amylase and Starch Tolerance...
Wholefood vegans do not have any insulin problems unless they got them before they became wholefood vegans and even then the insulin issues are greatly reduced if not cured completely. Insulin sensitivity is caused by fat, not starch, and animal protein spikes insulin as much as pure sugar does. A wholefood vegan cannot get diabetes - simply impossible. Only cooked-carrion, dairy, egg and junk feeders get diabetes.
Choline...
While choline in a wholefood vegan diet causes no health problems whatsoever, choline in a cooked-carrion, dairy and egg feeding diet creates TMAO - not something you want to have swimming around your blood stream, especially with all the cholesterol that cooked-carrion, dairy and egg fills your body with. Wholefood vegans do not suffer from choline deficiencies.
The reality...
Show me a wholefood vegan that is deficient in any of the above - there simply isn't any. Give me any human being that hasn't already destroyed their bodies irreparably by eating cooked-carrion, dairy, eggs and junk and if they follow a wholefood vegan diet properly they will become more healthy, less diseased and live longer and have no deficiencies whatsoever. The same can't be said for cooked-carrion, dairy, egg and junk food feeders.
