Lorri, the Video you posted was very informative, thanks. Your following posts are very aggressive and are doing nothing but turning people off to your lifestyle. Almost religious in a way.

I do admit your terms are very entertaining. Carrion, feeders, suckling, and the best (still laughing) bird periods.

He has not been at all polite TJ, he has publicly accused me of promoting an unhealthy, unnatural and disordered eating diet. That is uncalled for because a wholefood vegan diet is none of those things and he has refused to back up his claims with any evidence whatsoever, he just posts rubbish that bears up to no scrutiny whatsoever or has nothing whatsoever to do with a wholefood vegan diet. I will defend myself when people troll and question my integrity in this way. So he can either withdraw his claims publicly or back them up for public scrutiny (without ad hominem attacks and strawman defences) so i have the chance to refute them - i don't care which.

The ad hominem attack he used 'The stereotype of the emaciated angry vegan exists for a reason.' was utterly uncalled for. Please point out anywhere in this discussion that i used any ad hominem attacks?

And then the never ending strawman defences and regurgitated twaddle that appear to be garnered from paleo/low-carb/keto forums and the like just proves that this is nothing but a troll lashing out trying to annoy any vegan that appears on their radar.

I am more than happy to have a polite sensible debate and conversation about diet and nutrition with anyone, and welcome it, i am always willing to learn and change my views, but to be insulted and attacked in the above ways that i have listed is not acceptable and when people are impolite to me then i will be impolite back.

So ask him to be polite by either presenting evidence for his accusations without ad hominem attacks or strawman defences or to publicly withdraw them.

 

The other option i would present to you TJ is that you eradicate all posts from and including #13 which is where the unsupported anti-vegan claims have begun. I'd be happy with that.

 

Which just shows that i am willing to politely compromise if that helps. But i will not allow anti-vegan nonsense propaganda and shitty unsubstantiated accusations against my character to go unchallenged.

 

I've given every opportunity for this last bunch of nonsense and unfounded accusations to either be removed by gordon or by the admin and it's still there, so i will refute and challenge it because i have every right to defend myself against unfounded and unsupported accusations against my character.

Chimpanzees do not go to great lengths to obtain and eat meat and they're not more adapted to eat vegetarian than we are. Yet more twaddle from the church of cooked-carrion feeders.

And it's also just another example of the strawman arguments that seems to be the only thing you can come up with. Even if Chimpanzees did go to great lengths to eat meat - which they most certainly do not - what has this got to do with human being feeding on cooked-carrion, suckling on other animals breasts and feeding on the forced periods of unnatural birds? Nothing whatsoever!

Name one pre-industrial society that didn't rape women and children - you are very clearly stating that we should base our societies' ethics and morals on what pre-industrial human societies did, ergo, you support raping women and children?

A very silly point you made there that leaves you open to all kinds of accusations. You may wish to refrain from using that in future debates with people, you will always lose the debate and make yourself look either foolish or much worse.

Once again, a strawman argument. My point was very clear, you have to cook your carrion else you'll die eating it because human beings are not able to eat carrion raw as a natural carrion feeder does. Yes, i blend food occasionally, but not because i'll die if i eat it unblended, but simply because it's quick and easy and i happen to like glugging down a huge smoothie, or i want to make a nice raw curry sauce and can't be bothered to stand in my kitchen pounding the whole seeds with a rock like your pre-industrial heros did.

And my blender does not make my food carcinogenic, in fact it makes it more chemo-preventative, cooking your carrion to kill the pathogens creates a huge amount of AGE's which are carcinogenic and also cause and exacerbate many other health problems.

I would love to gather my own food from Nature, but the problem is that animal agriculture has destroyed Nature and there isn't anywhere left for me to feed like this. If people stopped supporting animal agriculture we could return all that land to Nature and there would be ample opportunity for me to do so and i would welcome that. So if you want to make this a genuine point and prove that it simply isn't just more trolling, stop supporting animal agriculture and allow me to gather my own food from Nature.

Please point out where i have used loaded terms, i'm not aware of using any. You don't eat meat, carnivores eat meat, carrion feeders eat carrion - you are neither, you eat cooked carrion, suckle on foreign species and eat the forced periods of unnatural birds. There is no emotion from my side, all the emotion is yours.

And write just one single point that i have made that can't be supported by facts - just one. I will support it for you.

Either produce a list of diseases and health issues either caused by or exacerbated by a wholefood vegan diet or publicly withdraw your accusation.

I don't understand where i've was abusive, overly aggressive or trolling in my last post. Which bit of what i said broke your rules in this way? Not wanting an argument, just want some clarity on your rules so i can avoid offending you in future. Thanks. x
