Yah, BFR would be the first filter I would put on a friend search algorithm.It's nice to see from this thread that the barefootin' community has good taste in beer. I guess that should not surprise me one bit!

These three had been talked about for a little while and I had some trouble finding the Bells but recently got it so have all three...
Hmm they were all pretty good. To be honest I think if I had to pick just one I'd go for the Torpedo.
I'm with you Tristan. After an extended trail study, I like Torpedo best; it's a little bit sweeter, not quite so bitter but has great body like the others too.

Haven't tried either yet, I'll save these ones for a special occasion. Think that will be next weekend when I crush my first ever half marathon... yeah sounds like a good reward for myself.

Plus its from a nice area in scenic NY... grew up (and current avatar is from) about 2hrs north of there.
Starting out with a couple of Boddington's, then onto a tradeoff between Windhoek lager and a few good scotches. Port Charlotte PC8 Ar Duthcas is definitely on the cards.

Tonight's shower beer is Hoppin' Frog - Hopped up Goose Juice. It is a new Rye P. A. by my favorite brewery. The only thing better than IPA's are Rye PA's. Ruthless RYE by Sierra Nevada is also good. Anyway at 22oz and 7.0%ABV, It is kicking my A....
One of my favorite IPA's, Hippie IPA and a reward for finishing my long run. It's bu Buckeye brewing and comparable to 4C's. I could say something about head retention and lacing.
Why? What do you normally drink when you're not on vacation? Or is it the fact that you can tie one on on Sunday night that you're referring to?
