Critique my form please

Well sure your form looks good with an empty stroller....Put a wiggly kid in there, then we'll see the real sauce:)

Just tweaking you. As always your form is quite proper.

Lee,

1) according to what standard?
2) no, I purposefully and joyfully put those shoes on :)
3) no, purposefully didn't have child in there. Would you like a vid with one in there?

Thx for the compliment ;-)

Lee,

The reason I have a higher cadence at slower paces/speed is because I allow my body to disengage from
landing/support muscles at rate higher than many other runners. Of course I do this because it feels best to me and because the reasoning behind it theoretically and practically make the most sense to my knowledge base.

You lost me with that one. What does that sentence mean exactly ?

Let me attempt to clarify. The role of our muscles tendons and ligaments is to support or postural alignment and recover our body for the next support. Staying on the ground longer than necessary creates greater effort to go a given speed. Since there are multiple forces involved it takes a specific coordination of the body to insure that the forces are working in harmony with one another. The end result we use the least amount of our energy and effort to allow our bodies to move/run. Better??
