I 1-2 Run

I WANT TO RUN…
And I want to run NOW…
In the past, I’ve always run 3 times a week, or at most 7 days out of 14. I always took a day of rest between my runs, and I had the feeling I needed it.
But since I’m doing this maffetone-thing, 3 days a week doesn’t feel enough.
