Well, survived one week. Rest of my life to go. Bumped up the '90 sec walk/60 sec run' to 15 minutes and felt great. Warm and humid again, but at least the trail was dry. Really concerntrated on upping the cadence - 180+ bpm and found my self just gliding over the surface, keeping the knees bent...
How important is a fast cadence? Inmy 20 minute workout,I did 4 minutes worth of running with a 90 sec walk in between. First minute felt great - second minute, so so - third minute - remembered a fast cadence is really necessary, so both third and fourth minute felt awesome. I was in autopilot...
