Two races in 2 days

Did the BAA Half-Marathon Sunday, and the Tufts 10k yesterday. My times:

1/2 Marathon: 1:17:25
Tufts: 34:51

Ran both barefoot. Feel great today after 19 competitive miles in 2 days.

Maybe I sholud start doing speed work and see where that leads me.

If you start doing speed work once or twice per week now, and Mandy slows down after getting married to Steph and finishing school, the only wild card in the 2014 race will probably be Holly.

Mandy, that's just so impressive, I don't know what to say. The times are incredible no doubt, but the back to back effort, amazing. Great Job! Keep up the good work.
