I run in the rain all the time but today we had time trials. The track does not drain well so there was 60-70 meters of puddle that you either had to go through or swing out to lane 3. It was such an advantage to run in my water repellant, wicking fabric racing flats(BF). The traction was awesome also. I don't think the rain was a factor at all other than keeping me a little cooler. PRd by 35 seconds!
