    I figured out that I WAY over-thought this the first time. So here is the simplified version!

    Training Plan for Half Marathon

    Swimming 2x week (30 minutes)
    Week 1 September 29 15 5 X3 Strength exercises 2x - 3x week (20 minutes)
    Week 2 October 6 15 5 X3
    Week 3 October 13 16 8 X2
    Week 4 October 20 16 8 X2
    Week 5 October 27 18 9 X2
    Week 6 November 3 18 9 X2
    Week 7 November 10 20 10 X2
    Week 8 November 17 20 8/12 X2
    Week 9 November 24 20 8/12 X2
    Week 10 December 1 20 7/13 X2
    Week 11 December 8 10 Taper X3-4
    Week 12 15

    *One trail run per week, minimum
    *WMMG = Weekly Miminum Mileage Goal
