Thanks for sharing that Barefoot TJ. My new Vivobarefoot ( "Ra ii" model, I think) black leather shoes were delivered today and are waiting on my doorstep at home. I can't wait to try them.

Interesting to learn that most running-shoe "advances" are to trick the foot into feeling comfortable in the shoe. Leave it to the "suits" (people in dress shoes) to dictate our exercise wear.
