Review of "The Barefoot Book"

This is not my review, but I follow this guy's blog and like what he has to say. He just reviewed a book by Daniel Howell Ph.D called The Barefoot Book and I thought I would share the link and ask if anyone has read the book yet.

The review is fine. It's interesting that both the author of the blog and of the book are anatomy profs. I checked out another of the posts on the blog from 6 months ago wherein the author makes a case for moderation in the discussions around BFR. It was pretty good and I think the comments added even more to the article.

My one criticism with his considerations was that the author mixes up the goals of competetive sport running with the lifestyle / philosophical / spiritual appreciation some of us focus on.
