This past Sunday on the first day of spring, I ran my first 20 barefoot miler. It was far from spring like weather, something like 36 degrees when I started. The run went well, time was 3:06:28.

Congrats on the mileage. Hopefully, I'll be hitting that milestone in September. I've had a few "nagging" injuries, none too serious, but just keeping me from upping the mileage.
