If God accepts you as you are then what does it matter what you wear? I've seen some crazy things worn in our church - we join together with the other local churches and put on a pantomime each year, and yes we do have traditional cross-dressing Dame and principal 'boy' along with whatever the script calls for!
(Jeremiah 1:4-5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you...") So if you were consecrated before you were born, you were set aside for god, and it wasn't whilst you were wearing shoes at that point was it?
