Hi everyone!

On Sunday we went for a family hike and I decided it was time to try it, right from the start I told my wife "you know what I'm going to do, right?" "Right..."
So off we went.

It's a popular, relatively easy trail some 65 km to the North of Madrid. It starts at 1800 m and climbs 200 m to a lagoon.

The start of the trail is wide and easy, but then it starts getting more and more difficult despite the fact the last 500 m are partially covered with a wooden floor that invites people to walk on it so nobody starts roaming freely and damaging the environment.

Good job, looks like your feet handled it without any problems. I believe you mentioned on my hiking post that this was "6 km "round trip" hike, so some 3.6 miles" That is longer then my first barefoot hike in the woods. Did you brings something to wear with you as a back up? The pictures are great. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you @hikerdana ! :)
Yes, my loyal VFF Bikila were in my backpack. These days I use them for everything except for running!
At the end of the day the outter edge of my feet were aching but it didn't really bother me. I haven't been feeling any discomfort in the following hours.
Next weekend I want to go for another one :p
