I did 6 minutes on the treadmill after my workout. Felt the need to stop there actually. Something under the food felt weird.
This only doing minutes is very different from what I've otherwise done. But it's a good way to start slow I think. I like it. You can stop when you need to. It's not like that is somewhere out in the woods…
oh no! Yes, at least on a treadmill you can stop any time.
