I ran the gauntlet to keep
I ran the gauntlet to keep peace as well, BB.
Some chesty congestion is giving me some concern, as well. Tomorrow will do nicely, I hope I can run it right out of my system.
Chris, I'm sorry we didn't get to The City this year. Running the Park with you was a BF highlight of my running career. My sister, who sponsored the trip for the kids just passed on. She's missed. She did see to it that they had a nice night in Philly, though ( 4 Seasons, even!).

I had a great run today 39 degrees and sunny in upstate NY. No snow so far. Love that global warming
I was the one running with the Santa hat and no shoes.
I figure I saved about $200.00 this year on running shoes.

I prefer the hard stuff over
I prefer the hard stuff over beer, yes, but I don't find myself drinking much anymore, maybe four times a year, on the boat, at the lake, while my hubby drives, of course. I used to be a huge partier. It just doesn't seem as fun anymore.
