My real name is Paul. I'm from Kentucky, and transitioning to barefoot. I've run a few times sans shoes, and like it, although I'm not sure I'll ever do it full time. My feet get too cold for that.

welcome. as you use your feet more you'll find they stay warm longer. even last night my feet got really hot and all i did was take my dog for a short walk while i was bf. it takes time but your feet will adapt.
