Hi! What a great site! I look forward to finding lots of info here! I have been running for about 9 years, the last 2 have been minimalist. I decided to try it when I was having all kinds of little injuries and read up on it a bit. Since I made the switch, no injuries! I love the freedom I feel now! It has made running fun again. I was even told I was inspiring at the finish line of my last half marathon! I still get some odd looks at races and such, but love it when people ask me about it so they don't think I'm just some weirdo in silly shoes...
