Hello. Sorry for my bad English . I begin just the race with minshoes (Merrel). I hope to make a success of my transition and why not pass to the real barefoot.
My experience is that it is easier to go barefoot first and then transition to minimal shoes - even literally in one run. If I start out barefoot, it goes naturally and then if I put the shoes on it continues OK, but if I start with the shoes on, it is harder to find the form. I'm not an experienced runner.
