Good info. The Mythbusters did an episode about fuel saving driving techniques and they proved most of those suggestions.
... But I was hoping to read about all the benefits of driving barefoot.

This is a link to a really lame SNL skit from a year or so ago, but in the first few seconds it's kind of funny what the 13 year old "son" of a podiatrist has to say to the host (and the gift he gives him)
Don't waste any time watching after that......very boring worthless skit.
