Here is a picture of particularly bad form from one of my last shoddie races last year. I was a bad heel striker.

Still a nice photo. I've only been entering races for the last 2 1/2 years and the earlier shod photos did tell me a lot. Only when I started researching did I find that I was doing everything wrong. Overstriding, massive heel strike, straight leg, bend at the waist, and the most telling form flaw, a grimace of pain on my face.
