Downhill Running

I think I felt it for the first time and it was cool! I've been reading about it for a while and could never quite FEEL the free, very fast, spinning feet. Wowza! I think it might be awhile before it's a natural motion for me, but with this first experience I think I'll ge there.

How are other folks doing?
 
I was terrified of hills when

I was terrified of hills when I first started out...thought I was going to take a tumble or bash my heels to death running on a tilt. I kinda got thrown into it when I moved to Colorado though...lotsa hills. Unavoidable. Also I signed up for a Lung Cancer run that was, like, 99% downhill. Oops.

If you find a course that is mostly downhill, RUN IT! It gets to be really really fun especially if the road winds around. Weeeeeee!

It feels so great when it starts feeling natural! Happy exploring. You'll get it soon I'm sure! :)
