What do you do? How far do you run, how many days, what do you do to recover?
tried pain for gain with just pain Now I just run so I am able to sing or breathe through my nose. I ran every day and rest when don't feeling like running. Don't like it when I am not able to run; it is kind of an addiction My objective is to be able to run every day for at least 1h+
