Capital City Pride 5K

I just did the Capital City Pride 5K Stride today. Walked it mostly but got to about 56 minutes and was 3.08 miles. All barefoot.

Thanks TJ. I did the first day of Pride Fest barefoot too. I'm finishing off with the parade tomorrow barefoot as well. I'm just watching it but a friend of mine who I convinced to try barefoot walking will be doing it barefoot.
