    Capital City Pride 5K

    I just did the Capital City Pride 5K Stride today. Walked it mostly but got to about 56 minutes and was 3.08 miles. All barefoot.

    So a member from the Iowa chapter @degenxr1 said he would be open for doing a walk with me soon. We're working on getting it planned out so we can hopefully get something started for the Iowa chapter slowly but surely.
