Burnt soles

Well, today wasn't super crazy hot or anything, only 80 degrees, but my poor soles are only used to 40-50 degrees. My soles are very tender but no blisters thankfully. I don't remember having this problem last year, but maybe I just had lots of this burning pain that I had just attributed to skin abrasion and being new to barefooting. Anyhow, I am just happy to be out and about again. Guess I got to acclimate to the heat again... :barefoot:

Good luck with the adaptation. My transition is smooth thanks to my stem footwear. So, far they handle the 90 temps nicely.
